Marketing Director Requirements:

• Must have e-commerce marketing experience in a leadership role.
• Proven experience being a part of a high-growth company.
• Audio industry experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of paid and organic search, social, email marketing, Amazon seller/vendor central.

Marketing Director Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Media, E-Commerce and Brand stakeholders to build marketing plans.
• Meet or exceed sales and advertising goals including conversions, frequency and traffic.
• Collaborate with in-house media team to develop content for advertising.
• Project manage overseas data team and external vendors.
