Responsibilities Of Physical Therapist
Perform initial evaluations of patients
Conducting physical examinations,
Reviewing physician referrals and notes
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Identify client needs include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques,
Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, home programs,
Document patient progress, goals met, and modifications to treatment plans
Requirements of Physical Therapist
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
Active physical therapist SC license in good standing
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to stand for long periods,
Lift up to 5-45 lbs.,
