Miss Tammys Little Learning Center is Hiring an Early Childhood Educator Near Inman, SC

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.

Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports the overall development of children
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities that promote learning in various areas such as math, language, science, and physical education
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, respected, and valued
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child based on their unique needs and abilities
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication regarding their child's development and progress
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social skills
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Stay updated on current trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:

High school Diploma or Equivalent

Pass a background check

Lift 35lbs or more

Get up and down our of the floor easily

Non-Requirements but a plus:
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques for young children
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting

-ECD 101, Associates, or Bachelors Degree
