*Responsibilities Of Physical Therapist *
* Perform initial evaluations of patients
* Conducting physical examinations,
* Reviewing physician referrals and notes
* Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
* Identify client needs include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques,
* Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, home programs,
* Document patient progress, goals met, and modifications to treatment plans
* *Requirements of Physical Therapist*
* *Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program*
* · Active physical therapist SC license in good standing
* · Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
* · Ability to stand for long periods,
* Lift up to 5-45 lbs.,
