Direct Care Professional - Licensed Adult Foster Care (Inkster, MI)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Professionals to join our team at our licensed adult foster care facility located in Inkster, MI.

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our adult residents. You will assist them with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments. More importantly, you will be a companion, providing emotional support and creating a positive and enriching environment for our residents.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have a passion for working with adults and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Are patient, compassionate, and understanding.
• Are reliable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.
• Hold a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Are available to work between the hours of 2:00 PM and midnight (experience with these hours is a plus).
• Are CPR/First Aid certified (preferred, but not mandatory - we will provide training).
