The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Indio and Quality Inn & Suites Indio are looking for a few new members to add to its Front Desk Guest Services Team.
1 Full Time Front Desk Agent (must be available for all shifts and holidays as this is a 24 hour business.
1 Full Time Front Desk Night Audit 11pm-7am
Brief Summary of responsibilities.
-Perform all Front Desk Functions as required; Assist in booking reservations; answering hotel phone calls;
-Provide friendly and sincere welcome to all guests throughout their stay
-Balance rooms at end of the night
-Check accuracy of room status
-Other duties as assigned
Prior hotel experienced strongly preferred. Please email resume for consideration.
