Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings alongside financial advisors to actively listen, take comprehensive notes, and ensure accurate communication.
  • Handle inquiries and updates related to account documentation, track to completion, and resolve issues.
  • Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely client support.
  • Contribute to team success by sharing insights and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in client services, preferably within financial services or related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • FINRA Licensing (Preferred or In Progress).

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
