FDRsafety, LLC is Hiring an EHS Manager Near Indianapolis, IN

Job DescriptionFDRsafety is seeking an EHS Manager for a large construction client near Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time permanent opportunity that will offer a generous base salary, a lucrative benefits package and bonus incentive, and substantial opportunities for growth. This position will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites across the US (Approximately 70-90% travel; predominantly in Eastern and Central Time Zones) and maintaining a safe work environment.
Education/Experience:
  • Required: High school graduate, G.E.D. or equivalent with CHST certification, and a minimum of 3 years of Construction, Heavy Industrial or Civil, or Manufacturing experience.
  • A college degree in HSE related field with CSP, ASP or CHST certification, with a minimum of 1 years of Construction, Heavy Industrial or Civil, or Manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership traits and motivation to follow through with your work.
  • Strong communication, supervisory, and teamwork skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to any safety issues at any time.
  • Maintain all record-keeping requirements, including training and compliance records.
  • Ability to climb a vertical ladder up to 200 feet.
  • Passion toward your career in safety and the construction industry.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suites, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
