Calling all classically trained Graphic Designers with experience in iterative branding projects. Our pharma client is looking for a Brand Designer to join their in-house production team in a freelance capacity.
This is a fully remote freelance position that will kickoff in August 2024 for a 3-6 month opportunity. We're estimating 20-40 hours week to week. The ideal candidate can come onsite to their Indianapolis corporate office 2-3 days per week Tuesday-Thursday, however, fully remote candidates will be considered. You will be provided a laptop.
This Sr Graphic Designer will be responsible for:
Technical execution of design projects that follow given list of specs and brand standards
Deliverables include 70% digital and 30% print.

• Digital: social media posts, video editing for web and social, banner ads, emails, interactive visual aids for sales representatives, etc.
• Print: Large format graphics, brochures, invitations, booklets, one pagers, etc.

The Sr Graphic Designers required qualifications are:
5 years experience as a designer in an agency Tools: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, a project management tool (preferably Wrike)
Can present a portfolio that displays strong execution of traditional/classically trained design elements, specifically for branding or iterative brand projects
Ability to work in an environment where there are multiple projects simultaneously, rapidly changing priorities and open to constantly iterating and trying new tactics and approaches
Experience working with multiple brand iterations specific to each product
Some experience using AI tools for design
The Sr Graphic Designers preferred qualifications are:
Experience in a heavily regulated environment, specifically, pharmaceuticals
Experience with Adobe Firefly
Familiarity with Google Web Designer
Experience with and understanding of ADA accessibility requirements for digital designs
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
Experience with Agile Methodologies and working in sprints
Experience with Adobe Premiere
