- Should be responsible for looking after all the computer systems across the organization by all means
- Should be responsible for Computerized system validation
- Should support in E-Archive of all the soft copies with Archivist.
- Should verify n check the condition of all the soft copies archived at regular interval with support of archivist
- Should be responsible for maintaining all the digital tools viz. PCs, CCTV Cameras, Internet, LAN, Computerized systems(for IT related supports)etc.
- Should be responsible for ensuring regular back up of all data on servers
- Should maintain all system password their updating check etc.
- Should ensure implementation of OECD document no 17 ( Application of GLP Principles to Computerised Systems)
- Any other work as allotted by management based on requirements.
