Home Instead is Hiring a Remote On-Call Coordinator

We're looking for an On-Call Coordinator to be the main contact for our office after regular business hours every other week 5pm-8:30am and every other weekend. This person should be dependable, driven, and have a strong ability to recognize and understand the needs of customers. This individual must be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment, the ability to multi-task, have a positive attitude, and have the ability to work well independently. You'll coordinate backup care for our clients as well as field new client inquiries. May need to cover a shift from time to time. Excellent communication skills are required. Scheduling and/or Home Care experience is a plus. Apply today! EOE.
