Job Description:
As a Recruiter at Rate Tracker Payments, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring experienced professionals within the payment processing industry to join our dynamic sales team. Your primary goal will be to identify veteran talent capable of driving our company's growth and maintaining our high standards of service and professionalism.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting plans to efficiently and effectively fill open positions
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
• Utilize online recruiting resources and in-house ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to identify and recruit the best candidates
• Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other appropriate venues as needed
• Conduct pre screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Manage all communication with candidates, including negotiating offers and providing company information
• Organize and participate in recruitment events to build a strong employer brand
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the payment processing or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques, and experience with ATS software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and G Suite
