Position: Grants Manager

Location: Incline Village, NV office

Hours: 32 hours per week, four 8-hour workdays, full-time

Compensation: Competitive non-exempt, hourly wage based on experience, starting range is $43.70 – 48.95 per hour, DOE

We are seeking a skilled grant writer with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, Social Services, Sociology, or a related field, and at least three years of relevant experience in grant writing or fundraising within social services or humanitarian sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the grant lifecycle, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and the ability to craft persuasive and compelling grant proposals. Key responsibilities include writing and submitting grant applications and reports, collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with grant requirements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting special projects. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and a commitment to equity are essential. The role requires initiative, independent problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.

To ensure the new hire meets the requirement standards of both the job position and the overall industry, fingerprinting is required.
