A Bit About UsWe are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Audit Supervisor to join our fast-paced Finance team. This is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of an Audit supervisor with the flexibility of remote work. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in non-profit, government, and corporate audits, financial reporting, and external auditing. This role is perfect for someone who has a keen eye for detail, is a problem-solver, and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Audit Supervisor will report directly to the Audit Partner and will have a significant role in shaping the firm's growth.

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the audit department, ensuring all audits are completed accurately and on time.
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements across non-profit, government, and corporate sectors.
- Review and approve audit work papers and financial statements to ensure they meet all regulatory and accounting standards.
- Develop and implement audit strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with the Audit Director to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on non-profit, government, and corporate audits.
- Proven experience in financial reporting and external auditing.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting and auditing standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
- Proficiency in using auditing software and other related technology.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
