• Preparation of schedules for the project in primavera and MSP. Project monitoring and updating the schedule. Integrating between Site and HO for issues regarding engineering / supply / Execution.

Identifying the project deliverable, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project Preparing monthly progress report to client, engineering report, Procurement report, catch up plan, rolling plan, 3 months, Look ahead plan & Delay analysis report to analyze the reasons for delay.

Preparation of Billing Schedules & Billing projections for management and Liability sheet to Client. Monitor Vendor fabrication / manufacturing activities Monthly Reconciliation reports to management for proper record of construction material at site Client interface management and Conducting meeting with client on regular basis and resolving client grievances.

Take up with the client regarding inputs and fronts to be provided by the client. Contractual & Technical communications with clients.

Preparation of presentations for client review meetings. Project engineering coordination & Project management with Clients, Joint Ventures, and Site.

Site coordinator for resolving the entire site related technical queries & material dispatch related issues and contractual issues.

Tracking of documents, updating master DCI (Document control index) for engineering documents & weekly engineering report.

Construction Management and Site execution as a lead planner with proactive and challenging planning of overall project.
