- Ijamsville, MD
- Handle incoming leads from Commercial clients, RFP's from General Contractors, and Bid
- Invitations from Municipalities.
- Provide clearly written, well qualified, proposals to all clients and contractors.
- Negotiate directly with decision maker and close deals.
- Responsible for all contract language review and confirmation of scope of work once a
- proposal has been accepted.
- Coordinate project installation with superintendents and crew foreman.
- Provide detailed work orders for the installation department.
- Prepare any and all submittal information, and billing of all work including change orders.
- Ability to read blueprints or strong math aptitude
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Reliable Transportation a must.
- Strong Drive/Determination To Earn An Above Average Income
- Computer Skills
- Experience in the Construction Industry
- Experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with Commercial estimating
- This is not a remote position and you will be required to be in the office Monday-Friday*
