Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Operate the Square for Restaurants POS system to process orders and payments accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in stocking and organizing bar inventory
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff for catering events and special functions

Requirements:
- Experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to up-sell and recommend menu items
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume orders
- Must be at least 21 years old
