Perform phlebotomy procedures to obtain specimens for laboratory testing. Transport, process, and perform clerical duties as necessary for testing on patient samples.Reports to: Lead Phlebotomist, Lab Manager and Laboratory Director.
What You Will Do in This Role
HR diploma or GED required
Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience required or Certification through a clinical phlebotomy program may be considered in lieu of experience
Acute care hospital experience preferred
Skilled phlebotomy technique; BLS within 30 days of hire
