Walker Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who require automotive service or repairs. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, accurately assessing vehicle issues, and recommending appropriate services. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the dealership
- Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Generate repair orders and communicate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repairs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of any changes or delays
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for generating repair orders and invoices
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Upselling skills to promote additional services or products
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
