We are looking for a reliable and professional Phone Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate departments, providing general information to callers, and taking messages. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain customer records and call logs.
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and complaints.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
