About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented manufacturing engineers, fostering their professional growth.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with proven leadership and project management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and machine/tool design.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Office tools.
