a premier choice for anyone seeking quality roofing services.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Confirm specifications of detailed roof inspection reports and work orders to confirm damages and necessary repairs to start projects daily.

• Ensure all installations and repairs meet quality standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications,-Collaborate with the project management team to schedule repairs and communicate job progress.
• Educate clients on general roof care and maintenance practices.-Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety regulations.

The ideal candidate should possess : -3 Years proven experience as a Roofing Technician, Foreman, Lead, or a similar role in the roofing industry.

• Knowledge of different roofing systems (shingles, metal, EPDM, capping, flashing, low slope, etc.) and installation methods.
• Ability to safely handle tools and materials, such as ladders, nail guns, and roofing shingles.-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.-Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
