Job Overview:
We are seeking a new team member with high energy that is friendly, organized, and can make our patients feel special as the Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and their families in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage email correspondence and direct messages
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle inquiries about and be able to collect payments
Skills:
- Proficiency in managing financial transactions
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to speak/write Spanish is a plus
- Experience in Excel is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with patients effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous
- Ability to file documents systematically
- General administrative skills including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.31 - $19.65 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
