POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Logistics Analyst on the Finance and Operation Logistics Team!This position will provide ongoing logistical analysis to support the effective operation of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare reports on logistics performance measures.
• Retrieve logistics-related data from ERP databases.
• Provide ongoing analyses in areas such as transportation costs, domestic and international analysis, invoice editing and process and delivery processes.
• Analyze logistics data, using methods such as data mining, data modeling, or cost analysis.
• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors, billing, and transportation equally.
• Preparing bills and invoices for payment submission.
• Managing distribution and shipment budgets.
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
• Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field
