Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Everything On The Spectrum is currently hiring for BCBAs to work in the home and community settings with our clients. Everything On The Spectrum is dedicated to providing research-based, ABA treatment to individuals with autism and other special needs. Availability: full time and part time opportunities
Location: Greater Huntsville Area
Responsibilities:
· Design and oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs
· Train RBTs, parents, and other professionals to implement ABA treatment plans
· Conduct face-to-face supervision
· Assess the client’s treatment needs and write detailed goals and objectives for each client’s treatment plan so that progress may be tracked and measured
· Management of electronic data collection
· Conduct and write initial assessments and progress reports for each client’s funding source
· Consult with parents and school personnel and other service providers RBTs
· Interview, train, and manage RBT supervisees
· Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications & Benefits: Masters degree in ABA, psychology, communication disorders, education, child development, or related field
· Current BCBA Certification
· Working knowledge of ABA principles and ABA approaches
· Previous supervision experience as a BCBA preferred, but not required
· Background check clearance
· Valid driver's license
· Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
