Hours are MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 2:00-5:30PM

$200 Sign on bonus after 3 months of consistent employment

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our Aftercare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching Preschool children ages 3-5 years old, and possess a passion for nurturing young minds. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic and social development of our students.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement engaging activities for the students

- Utilize various teaching methods to ensure all children are able to participate

- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to administrators

- Create a positive and inclusive environment & routine

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall experience

- Participate in curriculum development and educational programs

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

- Proven experience teaching in preschool or daycare settings

- Strong knowledge of classroom management techniques

- Compassion and willingness to work with children

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Familiarity with childcare practices

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 17.5 per week

 Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
OR
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field 1 year of experience of caring for toddlers
OR
-Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) 2 years of experience caring for toddlers
OR
-9 college credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field with a plan of study leading to Associate's Degree in Early Childhood or Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) 2 years experience caring for children (1 of which must be with toddlers)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
