Job Description:

Case Managers guide cases through every aspect of the personal injury claim process and serve as the main point of contact for clients with pre-litigation cases. Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform typical office duties, such as answering phones, scanning, mailing, and filing
• Generate, review, and send form letters
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, medical providers, lien holders, and insurance companies, among others
• Request and process medical records and bills
• Prepare demand packages and settlement documents
