Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on large heavy construction equipment, addressing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and other systems.
• Utilize diverse methods and tools for accurate diagnosis and effective repair to meet customer satisfaction.
• Execute assigned tasks with minimal need for re-work.
• Safely operate tools and service equipment
• Place orders for necessary parts and materials to fulfill work assignments.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols consistently.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including time clocking, collection records, SOC reports, and maintain relevant records, photos, or other materials as required.

Job Requirements

Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician Requirements :

• 3 years of experience repairing and maintaining heavy construction equipment required
• 1 year of field experience repairing heavy construction equipment required
• Volvo construction equipment repair experience strongly preferred
• Additional vocational or technical training in heavy equipment maintenance preferred
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle and pass DOT physical and MVR requirements
