We are seeking a Senior Scientist in our Hunt Valley Office:

What you will do:

• Manage projects and complex tasks that focus on site characterization and remediation, working closely with multidisciplinary team members.
• Resolve environmental issues related to soil and groundwater contamination, site redevelopment/reuse, and environmental compliance.
• Lead and manage teams for conducting field operations.
• Complete data analysis.
• Prepare technical documents and reports.
• Support pursuit of new opportunities including preparation of proposals, project scopes of work, and cost estimating.

What you will need:

• Bachelor of Science in geology, engineering, environmental science, chemistry, or related field.PG, PE, or relevant certifications preferred.
• 8 years of related experience, including client interaction, project management, and staff training/mentoring.
• Experience with managing field teams conducting site characterization and remediation.
• Critical thinking and technical writing skills, including the ability to convey information at an appropriate level of communication with varying level of project team members.
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and eager to solve diverse environmental problems.
