**Overview:**

We are seeking a Roofing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication abilities to oversee and coordinate projects.

**Duties:**

- Supervise and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish

- Manage and lead a team of workers

- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Oversee quality control and ensure work meets industry standards

- Train and mentor team members on best practices

- Communicate with clients, architects, and subcontractors

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

-experience in ashphalt and ruber roofing

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools

- Ability to restore surfaces and perform caulking tasks
