The Production Controller is responsible to the MRO Interiors Manager and directly supports the MRO production team. This position is responsible for streamlining the repair workflow, increasing product quality, and aiding in company regulatory compliance. The Production Controller will serve as the connection between Quality and Production to ensure that issues are identified and corrected to prevent Quality escapes.

Responsibilities:

· Review Repair Order (RO) discrepancies and work with customers for RO revisions. Ensure updates are entered into the system and communicated to the production team.

· Disseminate and respond to questions related to technical data, drawings, policy and procedure, work instruction, etc. Elevate issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate department for clarification. Initiate document change requests to improve the information system.

· Assist in repair material or part identification, including reviewing technical data for substantiation of material/part use.

· Ensure repair materials are accurately captured in Quantum and recorded on appropriate documentation.

· Ensure any required maintenance is documented on appropriate forms and completed by qualified technicians/inspectors.

· Initiate Capabilities List evaluations for new components and forward them for review and approval.

· Initiate Master Part Add/Revision requests and forward for review and approval.

· Perform daily spot audits of paperwork for appropriate completion to the stage of repair, materials in use are compliant to the technical data, and shelf-life items are not expired.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.50 per hour
