What you'll be doing:

• Craft delicious bubble tea drinks using our high-quality recipes and fresh ingredients.
• Operate the cash register, process customer transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
• Greet customers with a smile, answer questions about our menu, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment following all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Keep our store stocked and prepped for busy periods.

What we're looking for:

• Passion for bubble tea and a desire to learn about different flavors and ingredients.
• A positive and friendly attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous experience as a barista or food service worker.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual abilities (English and a second language).
