Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Monitor Technician for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other, and we are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now!

What You Will Do In Your Role:

  • You will be knowledge of medical terminology
  • You will interpret cardiac rhythms
  • You will maintain telemetry supplies
  • You will maintain and make decisions to report patient condition to supervising parties
  • You will perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds

What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • BLS Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) is required
  • CMT/Cardiac experience preferred
  • Completion of Basic EKG/Arrhythmia course
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias
  • Must pass a Basic Rhythm test, if interviewed
