Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-value projects and lead a dedicated team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination & Safety:
  • Maintain and monitor safety standards and documentation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including pre-job plans and construction techniques.
  • Manage site utilization, equipment requirements, and schedule updates.
  • Expedite vendors and subcontractors, resolving issues to keep the project on track.
  • Review and manage labor reports, cost records, and quality control programs.
  • Ensure compliance with jobsite reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Mitigate potential subcontractor change orders and back-charges.
• Talent Development & Management:
  • Energize and support the team to achieve higher performance levels.
  • Foster a learning and development environment for career growth.
  • Participate in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Conduct performance and development discussions with direct reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience with top ENR companies is a must.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing commercial projects ranging from $50M to $200M.
• Expertise in projects such as schools, hospitals, warehouses, offices, and airports.
• Ability to travel 50-300 miles from Austin, TX.
