Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and possess expertise in various analytical tools and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Develop financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations based on findings.
- Monitor financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and provide financial expertise.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Skills:
The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg terminal for market research and analysis.
- Ability to use VBA for automation of financial processes.
- Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
- Understanding of governmental accounting principles.
- Experience with business intelligence tools for data visualization.
- Background in investment banking or related fields.
- Strong financial planning and strategic planning skills.
- Capability in cash flow analysis techniques.
