Job Title: Cybersecurity Project Manager
Department: Information Technology Division (ITD)
Job Summary: The Cybersecurity Project Manager will oversee the timely and effective implementation of audit recommendations related to the security of ASC’s operations and processes. This individual will collaborate with subject matter experts and technical areas to close the audit gaps and implement the required actions. The successful candidate will also monitor and report on the progress of the project, using metrics and KPIs to track the performance and quality of the deliverables. Additionally, the Cybersecurity Project Manager will leverage their strong knowledge of project management tools such as Power BI, Project, and Power Automate to automate and improve the workflows and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring that the milestones and deadlines are met.
· Lead the remediation of cybersecurity audit findings.
· Follow up with the subject matter experts and technical areas to close the audit findings, providing guidance and support as needed.
· Document and validate the evidence and artifacts for the audit closure, ensuring that they comply with the audit standards and criteria.
· Prepare and present the project status reports, dashboards, and metrics, using tools such as Power BI, Project, and Power Automate.
· Ensure compliance with cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) requirements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in cybersecurity.
· Strong skills in project management tools such as Power BI, Project, and Power Automate.
· Experience working with audits and remediating audit findings.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
· Familiarity with various cybersecurity tools and frameworks, such as NIST CSF.
Preferred Skills:
· Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).
Work Arrangement:
This is a part-time, hybrid position requiring a mix of on-site and remote work. The candidate must be able to adapt to a flexible work environment and maintain productivity.
