Bluetti is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Houston, TX
Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Director in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote Bluetti's home energy storage products.
- Assist in managing online and offline marketing activities, including social media management, PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, and TikTok operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including content for social media, website, and advertising collateral.
- Help manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing, sharing relevant insights with the team.
- Support the Marketing Director in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as media partners, influencers, and industry associations.
- Assist in organizing and attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent Bluetti and network with industry professionals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the marketing team, fostering their professional development and growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
- Previous experience in the consumer electronics or renewable energy industry is a plus.
