Control Systems Engineers will be responsible to ensure the safe and reliable operations of the Distributive Controls System in the terminal.
PLC (Rockwell Automation Control Logix
Connectivity medium administration and design (Ethernet IP, Control Net, Device Net, Remote I/O, and serial over multiple medium),
Enterprise Network architecture and compliance for ICS (Industrial Control Systems) including but not limited to (Server 2003 thru 2012, Network layout, Active Directory, IIS, Role administration, MS-SQL.
Provide full support for administration of the SCADA systems. Provide technical input for business and productivity initiatives.
Minimum Required:
BS or MS in engineering and 10 years of relevant experience with instrumentation and automation. This experience will be a mix of field and office experience.
Candidates should be able to perform instrument data sheets, loop checks, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs, specifications, calculations, cause and effect, valve sizing, bid evaluation and PLCs and DCSs design and evaluation.
Experience with valves, analyzers, and flow measurement devices are required. Experience with DCS, SIS, and ESD is required.
Should be familiar with SPI, API, NEC, ISA, and IEC codes and standards.
Strong trouble-shooting, design and programming skills for PLC and ICS Technologies.
Previous work experience with Honeywell Experion, Safety Manager, Control Logix PLC’s and Alarm Management.
Preferred:
