Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to join our thriving team. This role offers the potential for substantial earnings, with first-year incomes exceeding $50,000 and the possibility of reaching $100,000 in subsequent years, complemented by quarterly bonuses. TIFCO provides an environment where you can control your time, accounts, and customer relationships, allowing you to maximize your success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow both new and existing accounts in your designated area.

· Present and sell a wide range of innovative maintenance and repair products.

· Provide vendor-managed inventory services to your clients.

· Foster and maintain long-term customer relationships.

· Expand your sales territory without restrictions, exploring new opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience and/or education in sales.

· An industrial background is a plus but not required.

· Strong desire to learn about new products and sales techniques.

· Independence and self-motivation, with a willingness to make cold calls.

· Excellent time management and account management skills.
