Fall River Health Services is Hiring an IT Systems Analyst Near HOT SPRINGS, SD
Fall River Health Services is looking for a Systems Analyst. In this role you will solve computer problems, test cost-effective solutions, and provide support to ensure efficient daily operation of the organization’s network and computer systems.
Schedule: Flexible/Full Time 40 hours a week.Â
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with managers and users to identify systems problems; assesses severity of the issues and prioritizes responses as appropriate.
- Performs system tests and collaborates with programmers to resolve issues and errors.
- Works with users to identify system requirements; develops processing procedures and systems modifications to meet these specifications.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other IT-related components, to identify and recommend updates and/or changes to enhance performance and security.
- Provide backup support to Clinical Informatics to ensure optimal patient care.
- Drafts informational materials and graphics to explain systems to managers and users.
- Prepares specifications and documents for programmers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Responsible for Servers, Switches, Routers, Firewall, and all other IT related items.
- Experience working with Epic a plus.
