This job will include the following responsibilities:
- Help manage regional Facebook pages.
- This includes content creation (photo, video, graphic design), content scheduling, and content organizing.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Educate and assist associates in our CRM software.
- Equip and train real estate agents in their marketing needs.
- Create social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Various other daily tasks as needed.
- Design - postcards, flyers, Brokers Opens, pop-bys, publications, signage, custom branding.
- Work with local vendors for printing needs and sending out orders.
- Help with local agent requests.
- Visit our area office locations when needed.
- Working with a remote team
- Help with onboarding new associates
- Build/manage personalized associate websites
Preferred Experience:
- Marketing Degree or Experience
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator
- Familiarity with social media marketing tools like Canva, Facebook Business Manager, and Instagram.
- Managing social media business accounts and advertising management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 3 years experience in marketing/brand management.
- Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms and advertising.
- Familiarity with website design and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to visit area office locations when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
