Job Details
- Managing project life cycle from the inception to commercialization.
- Provide business and technical assistance for one or more projects within the organization, through identification, justification, prioritization, initiation, development, and implementation processes.
- To collaborate with the appropriate functional teams and Sr. PMO personnel to develop and negotiate contracts.
- Close coordination with internal sites and external sites for timely completion of activities.
- To define the milestones to achieve the launch date commitments and identify issues and risks associated with those plans.
- To manage and execute complete product life cycle, project schedule, execution, budget commitments and spend.
- To define project strategies and to ensure project scope which is defined and controlled within defined timelines.
- To continuously interact with all functions and levels of management ensuring effective ongoing communications across teams and stakeholders.
- To ensure identification and communication of project risks, development of risk plan in the risk response strategies.
- To anticipate potential conflict situations for proactive solutions resulting win-win outcomes.
- Conducting weekly call with cross functional team to track the project progress, anticipated risk and mitigation strategy and impact on project timelines if any.
Masters Degree in Science preferred but can be offset by experience.
2-5 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or other related industry.
Project management professional (PMP certified preferred) having good knowledge of MS office and project management tracking softwares to track and monitor the project progress.
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment under minimal supervision
Effective communication and presentation skills
Experience of handling generic portfolio management of various dosage forms for regulated and semi-regulated market
