We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented Pension Actuarial Consultant to provide technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of actuarial projects and be able to work well within a team in an environment of constantly changing priorities.

A sample list of responsibilities:

• Actuarial valuations for pension plans
• Funding forecasts
• IRS/DOL Notices (AFN, IRS Certifications)
• Form 5500 actuarial schedules
• Pension benefit calculations and statements
• Plan documents and summary plan descriptions

Preferences:

• 4-7 years of defined benefit pension experience
• Strong proficiency with Excel
• Experience with multiemployer plans a plus
• Experience with Proval a plus
• Actuarial or non-actuarial exam track
