Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement paid and organic social media strategies to maximize growth, retention, and engagement.
• Drive creation of compelling ad content, including copy and visuals.
• Utilize advertising tools on platforms like Client, Instagram, Twitter, and Client to target specific audiences and optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of paid campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate paid social media efforts with other marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features on social media platforms to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for paid social media campaigns.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Proven experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing social media campaigns *3-5 years' experience of paid social media.
• Strong analytical skills.
