Greystone Programs is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Residential Services to provide oversight to 4-5 community residences for adults with developmental disabilities. Assigned locations will be in Dutchess county.

Provide leadership oversight to homes that are managed by Residence Managers and Assistant Residence Managers. Perform quality checks, train and supervise managers, evaluate community based services; ensure our high quality of services aimed at supporting individuals as they lead healthy and rewarding lives as active members of their community. Work schedule is Monday - Friday with some back-up on call responsibility.

Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, a minimum of 3 years of prior supervisory experience and familiarity with service provision within OPWDD guidelines.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
