We're is seeking a skilled IT System Support Analyst to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of IT Operations, you will optimize employee productivity by managing and supporting enterprise infrastructure applications and services. You will be the primary contact for day-to-day IT support for our AWS remote users, ensuring technology services enhance business processes for our remote users.
