We're is seeking a skilled IT System Support Analyst to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of IT Operations, you will optimize employee productivity by managing and supporting enterprise infrastructure applications and services. You will be the primary contact for day-to-day IT support for our AWS remote users, ensuring technology services enhance business processes for our remote users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Infrastructure Support: Manage and support GxP and G&A systems, including HRIS, CLM, CTMS, Clinical, Biometrics, and Quality systems, primarily Cloud/SaaS or AWS IaaS environments.
• Remote User Support: Provide IT support for AWS remote users, ensuring seamless delivery of technology services.
• Incident and Service Request Management: Coordinate IT support for MSLs, handling incident and service request management.
• Employee Support: Support BeiGene's employees, contractors, and vendors in a Windows Enterprise environment, ensuring high-quality support for both remote and local staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, AWS, AVD, Intune, Mac OSX, and Active Directory.
• Preferred Associate Degree in Computer Science or 4 years of relevant IT experience.
• Preferred IT Certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , ITIL Foundation, HDI Tech Support Professional.
• 2 years of experience in IT support activities with a focus on VIP/Executive level support.
• 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft desktops/laptops, Apple and Android mobile devices such as iPads, tablets, and iPhones.
• Ability to absorb and retain information quickly and present ideas in a user-friendly language.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
