What We're Looking For

Seeking an energetic individual who takes pride in their customer service and always looking to make improvements within and around them.

Ideal candidate will be a caring and conscientious residential specialist to be a key member of our community team. Have the willingness to want to learn new things and strive to make things perfect. If you are a person with a friendly, willing attitude who will take pride in keeping our community in top tier condition while working with people on a one-to-one basis, this might be the job for you. The ultimate goal is delivering outstanding customer service to our community.

Job Description

Our resident specialists have the important job of creating the first impression for new residents and keeping our current residents happy by operating the Front Desk. Routine inspections, logs and reports are performed daily. This job is good for energetic individuals who will take pride in their work. Prior Front Desk experience is not required . Seeking someone who appreciates the satisfaction of completing jobs with detailed accuracy. Experience with computer/mobile software is utilized around the property daily. Speaking and writing English is required to respond to residents and General Manager, additional languages a plus.

Requirements

- Reliability and punctuality is a requirement, no exceptions.

- Caring attitude, pride in your work.

- Courteous, friendly, polite personality, overall good people skills for resident relations.

- Good references.

- Familiarity with basic computer software such as Windows Office.

- Energetic, comfortable in a busy and physical work environment.

- Go-getter who doesn't wait for instruction to fix what they see is wrong.

- Speaking and typing in English language is required.
