Available to perform any home health order assign by the DON.
Complete all documentation between 24 hour.
Must have Home Health experience. ( 1 to 3 years require )
Kinnser experience required. ( MUST)
SOC experience a must have.
Able to follow up cases. ( MUST )
Wound care, IV experience need it.
Be available to travel and assist with patient need.
