Responsibilities include oversight of drug purchasing, inventory processes, dispensing patterns, monthly reporting on savings opportunities, split billing software maintenance, and all areas of program compliance.

As a member of the Pharmacy leadership team,#collaborates#to plan, organize and operate the department to achieve unit and organizational goals, meet customer needs and assure high quality services and products.

Three primary objectives or goals include : Compliance -#Assures all use of 340(b) throughout the institution is fully compliant with all federal regulations and related interpretations for the program Maximum Participation -#Assures the institution is achieving maximum utilization of 340(b) pricing through full participation in all qualified areas with all applicable products , including inpatient contracts, to insure the greatest cost savings returns throughout the institution Efficiency of 340(b) Processes -#Assures that all policies, procedures, and related approaches to 340(b) include the most efficient use of manpower, resources, and other costs of managing, monitoring, and fully participating in the program Minimum Qualifications : License / Certifications : # Certified Pharmacy Tech Education : # Bachelors Degree preferred
