Job Description:
We are seeking experienced technicians with expertise in security cameras, access control systems, and networking. As a technician at Solrac Technologies LLC, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining security systems and networks at various customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure security cameras, access control systems, and networking equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with security and networking systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Ensure all installations and repairs meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used.
Requirements:
1. Must have a reliable car for travel to customer locations.
2. Must possess a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
3. Must own necessary tools and a functional laptop for the job.
4. Must be fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
5. Must have a clean background check.
6. Must be willing to travel to various customer sites as needed.
